With a degree in business studies specialising in marketing and international trade, Ruth previously worked in Asia. There she helped companies develop their export markets.
She returned to the UK to work in the greetings card and gift industry, developing gift concepts and international distribution strategies.
With a passion for creative design, business development and excellence, Ruth was delighted to join Heirlooms in February 2010.
Senior Sales Manager
Eva joined the company in 2008. Her background is in textile technology and design, which she draws on extensively when discussing clients’ projects.
Eva enjoys looking after clients’ projects as if they were her own and offers her expertise to create beautiful but practical linens. ‘I love the challenges clients often provide and the buzz of a busy and stimulating creative environment’.
Niki first worked in retail in various outlets selling everything from designer shoes to children’s toys. In 2002, Niki began her career at Heirlooms as a cutter and machinist.
Over the years she has worked in a number of departments. Currently, she is responsible for supervising the production team.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Marie joined the team part-time in 2014.
She now combines her work at Heirlooms with managing accounts for her family-run catering business. In addition to her work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family outdoors.
Nicola joined the team in 2016 with a diploma in Interior Design. She has a background in the retail industry designing kitchens and bathrooms. Nicola is enjoying growing a successful creative career within the company combining a passion for illustration, marketing and interior design.
Emily has a first class honours degree in Interior Design and a background studying Art and Textiles.
After working in retail and administration based roles, Emily joined the Heirlooms team in July 2021.
