Ruth Douglas
Managing Director
With a degree in business studies specialising in marketing and international trade, Ruth previously worked in Asia helping companies develop their export markets.
She returned to the UK to work in the greetings card and gift industry, developing gift concepts and international distribution strategy.
With a passion for creative design, business development and excellence, Ruth was delighted to join Heirlooms in February 2010.
Eva Luc
Senior Sales Manager
Eva joined the company in 2008. Her background is in textile technology and design, which she draws on extensively when discussing clients’ projects.
Eva enjoys looking after clients’ projects as if they were her own and offers her expertise to create beautiful but practical linens. ‘I love the challenges clients often provide and the buzz of a busy and stimulating creative environment’.
Davina Boswell
Project Manager
Having worked in the travel and tourism industry for six years, Davina went on to complete an Interior Design Course, before joining Heirlooms in 2004.
Her role brings together her particular interests in colour, fabrics and interior decoration. ‘I love being able to help clients achieve that special finishing touch to their interior scheme, be it for a yacht or house project’.
Niki Holcombe
Production Supervisor
After working in retail in various outlets selling everything from designer shoes to toys, Niki began her career at Heirlooms as a cutter/machinist in 2002.
Over the years she has worked in a number of departments, and is now responsible for supervising the production team.
Marie Cockburn
Accounts Administrator
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Marie joined the team part-time in 2014.
She now combines her work at Heirlooms with managing accounts for her family-run catering business, and bringing up her two-year-old daughter.
Nicola Mortlock
Creative Designer
Nicola joined the team in 2016, with a diploma in Interior Design and a background in the retail industry designing kitchens and bathrooms, she is looking to combine her design experience and studies into a successful creative career within the company.
Katie Horn
Sales Administrator
Katie has a background studying Art & Textiles and has retail & customer service experience. She joined our team as the Sales Administrator in September 2018.

Sophie Cornish
Materials Planner
Sophie has recently just joined our team after moving to Sussex from the West Country, where she studied Textile design.
Passionate about interior design and a love of handmade bespoke products gave her the admiration to be a part of the Heirloom’s team.
