A Royal Honour: Heirlooms Awarded the Queen’s Royal Warrant in 2025

We are incredibly proud to announce that in 2025, Heirlooms was officially granted the Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen as Manufacturers of Fine Linens. This extraordinary honour now joins our existing Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King, awarded in May 2024 placing Heirlooms among a very select group of just 14 companies to hold warrants from both Their Majesties.

This dual recognition is not only a reflection of our commitment to British craftsmanship and luxury but also a powerful validation of our unwavering values: quality, excellence, integrity, and sustainability.

A Royal Relationship Built on Trust and Excellence

Our journey with the Royal Households began in 1995, supplying linens to various residences, including an early commission for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. Over the years, our relationship with the Royal Family has deepened, marked by pivotal milestones:

- 2005: First Royal Warrant granted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

- 2010 & 2015: Warrant successfully renewed

- 2012: Royal Warrant awarded by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales (now King Charles III)

- 2024: Warrant awarded by His Majesty The King

- 2025: Warrant awarded by Her Majesty The Queen

These honours are testament not only to the impeccable quality of our linens but also to the level of personal service and discretion we maintain with all our clients, including those of the highest profile.

A Sustainable Vision for the Future

The Royal Warrant is not simply a mark of heritage or prestige, it is a recognition of responsible business. Since 2010, we have worked closely with the Royal Warrant Holders Association and Business in the Community to measure and reduce our environmental impact. Our commitment to sustainability is woven into every decision we make, from sourcing raw materials to managing energy consumption across our manufacturing facility in West Sussex.

This ongoing work has been central to our eligibility for the Warrants. In particular, our long-standing relationship with the household of The Prince of Wales (now The King) helped sharpen our focus on environmental responsibility, something we have since embedded throughout our operations and extended to our supply chain.

We are also proud to support Planet Mark's Eden Project, and to work closely with our suppliers to ensure environmentally and socially responsible practices across the board.

What the Royal Warrants Mean to Us

Receiving the Royal Warrants is an honour we will never take for granted. It is a mark of trust earned through years of consistent excellence and ethical business practice. In practical terms, these Warrants reinforce the importance of:

- Maintaining outstanding levels of service and product quality

- Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients

- Continuously improving our sustainability credentials

- Honouring traditional British craftsmanship while innovating for the future

To be among only 21 companies to receive Her Majesty The Queen’s Royal Warrant to date and one of just 14 to hold both fills our entire team with immense pride. It is a shared achievement, and one that reflects not only our own dedication but also the contributions of our wider supply chain, whose support has been invaluable.

As we celebrate this moment, we also renew our pledge: to continue making beautiful things, responsibly and with heart, honouring the standards that have earned us this Royal recognition.
