“With a new look Monaco Show layout there was uncertainty. However with our stand in the familiar Parvis Piscine tent, we were not disappointed and were busy every day including visits from many of our clients” commented Ruth Douglas, General Manager.
On show was a treat for the Gentlemen in the form of sophisticated, new sleek bed linen designs aimed at the Man’s man. For the ladies Heirlooms showed a stunning new range of embroidery designs along with modern lace and exciting jacquards.
Heirlooms were also honoured with displaying the Cristoble Coral dinnerware by Raynaud and the colourful Bahia dinnerware by Alberto Pinto. Both of which were inspirational in creating the table linen range, displayed.
On display was a new children’s range with a collection for babies. The Heirlooms team created and displayed a sophisticated colour palate and style aimed more towards older children and early teens.
“Taking into account how today’s families enjoy their yachts and combining our experience and expertise on land and sea, the team have yet again created sensational designs and styles which emphasis Heirlooms manufacturing and creative skills”. Added Ruth.
Also on show was the new Beach Collection. Heirlooms extended their beach collection to include a luxurious Hamman towel popular for the beach and spa. The Ultimate range has 9 new colours including some fabulous vibrant orange and lime adding to the already extensive colour palette.
Not forgetting the Yachting Crew, Heirlooms featured some of the best fabrics and designs used on many of Heirlooms new projects including the vintage look linen, popular finishing styles, new jacquards and elegant colour combinations.
One of the most popular events on the stand this year was the Heirlooms competitions. This was run for the crew and involved creating the best design from either folding. There was also a raffle for visitors to the stand. The winning business cards were drawn during the show and the lucky winners received a set of Heirlooms Classic Plain 570tc bed linen, second prize was a set of 6 napkins and placemats and the third prize was a set of embroidered towels. Competition winners names are on the latest news.
As the Superyacht horns sounded to mark the end of another Monaco Yacht Show, Ruth Douglas reflected on the week. “With all the anticipation of a new look Monaco Yacht Show we were very pleased with how the show played out. The comments from clients and visitors, alike, were great. People loved the bed, the new designs and embroidery along with the new Jacquards we display. Thank you to everyone who visited us and we look forward to seeing you all next year”
