Design et al host The International Yacht and Aviation Awards, to recognise the industry’s leading design, craftsmanship, creativity and talent. It is an opportunity to showcase final products to industry experts who are engaged on a global scale, with both industries’ benefiting from the obvious synergies between them.
In 2015, over a 4 week period, more than 8,500 individual design professionals in the yacht and aviation industries spent more than 30 minutes each, voting for the International Yacht & Aviation Awards.
The awards take place in the splendour of Venice at the Hotel Cipriani in May, it is a dazzling evening, and is supported by the monthly publication Luxe.
In 2016 we will be introducing The Super Yacht Interior Design Awards aimed at recognising the best interior design schemes and the components of those schemes.
Design et al’s passion for interior design awards has its origins in The International Design & Architecture Awards, now in its 10th year and held annually in September in London, this event attracts entrants from around the global. In 2015, more than 54,000 design professionals voted for the awards, each spending on average 43 minutes viewing every shortlisted entry and completing the voting process. These awards are supported by the monthly publication Design et al.
