Heirlooms' Expansion

News
"HEIRLOOMS EXPANDS THEIR WEST SUSSEX MANUFACTURING FACILITY TO MEET DEMAND." UK-based Heirlooms have announced the completion of their 12-month expansion and investment plans. The news comes following significant growth in orders in the same period, thanks in part to the expansion of its manufacturing facility in West Sussex. The significant investments have seen Heirlooms facilities almost double in size, an increase in skilled machinists and the purchase of a custom-made automated cutting machine. “Expanding our production facility in West Sussex and the addition of the fully automated cutting machine means that we can meet the current and future demand of our clients”, commented Ruth Douglas. “It is of paramount importance to Heirlooms future plans that we continue to invest in our production capacity and capability to meet the requirements of our growing client base. Whilst the initial investment plan has been completed we have further investment plans for 2017 which we are very excited about and can’t wait to share with our clients when the time is right” added Ruth

“We are very proud of the fact we hold a premiere position within the industry and have a wealth of experience in creating bespoke linens for yachts and private residences. Each order is made bespoke to the client’s specification on our state-of-the-art embroidery machines. This also gives us complete flexibility in the creation of designs and colour options” further added Ruth.

Heirlooms are the only UK linen company to be granted Royal Warrants for manufacturing fine linens for both her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. It is a very public endorsement, not only of the quality of the company’s fine linens and their high level of service, but also their ethical and environmental credentials. Heirlooms are continuing to develop their brand awareness and reputation with clients within the Middle East, Asian and Russian markets.

Heirlooms will also be announcing soon, a sneak preview of their brand new stand design for this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. This will include all new collections and the very popular crew competition.
