Monaco Yacht Show 2018

News

Heirlooms, the renowned British linen manufacturer are delighted to confirm their continued participation at this year's Monaco Yacht Show from 26th-29th September 2018.

This will be Heirlooms 18th consecutive year at the show reconfirming Heirloom's long term commitment and dedication to providing a unique and personalised service to their yacht clients. Each year the team aim to provide inspiration to designers and clients by presenting anticipated future design trends within their collection and last year's botanical inspired theme was yet again ahead of the trend.

While the Scandinavian influence on design has been an industry favourite for a few years now, Heirlooms are basing this year's theme on the darker future that is upon us! In the past, rich jewel colours such as greens, navy, deep reds and purples have been associated with high society and prestige. These glamourous tones have recently been given a new lift of life, creating impactful statement interiors rich in colour.

The Heirlooms team have been working within this treasure trove layering darker jewel tones and berry hues, whilst creating a haven of texture with pure linens, deep velvet, soft sateen's and cool cotton percales. The fabrics are then embellished with subtle embroideries and playful haberdasheries to add those final touches. The addition of ultra-modern and striking gold accessories cumulates in giving this setting a “more is more” maximalist, luxury look.
